How to Raise a Complaint

A friendly septic provider speaking with a homeowner beside a yard in Wildwood

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Hugeweekend Septic to feel treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What can you tell us about?

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Hugeweekend Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

What if the problem is with a provider?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, a good first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Hugeweekend Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How do you send a complaint?

Email contact@hugeweekend.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What happens after that?

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

What if you are still unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
